All our villas are air conditioned, have their own private, heated pool and are furnished and equipped to high standards, the furnishings and décor of each villa reflecting the individual tastes and preferences of its owner. Each owner is an active owner who is interested only in helping to cover costs whilst not resident and is not an absent "investment" owner who is interested primarily in making a profit. They spend significant time in their villas and so ensure that these villas meet all their vacation needs. We ensure their standards are maintained whilst they are not resident so we are confident their villas will meet your vacation needs too.
The villas are all located in small quiet residential neighbourhoods in the Kissimmee area and within 10-25 minutes of all the main attractions. All are also within minutes of some of the finest golf in the Orlando area and within 60-70 minutes of the fantastic Atlantic beaches (Cocoa, Melbourne etc. ). This and the attractive pricing means they are ideal for either a quiet relaxing stay for a small party or a couple, golfing, or an action-packed family holiday: and all for the price of a hotel room!

Rates start at just $85/night for one or two weeks and rates for longer stays can usually can be negotiated, so please ask.
